Single adult with child group walk

Service Description

1 Adult and up to 2 children (under the age of 12) for a group walk with other single adult's with children. (If you have more than 2 children you will need to book the regular group walking experience with 1 adult per child) 1 alpaca to share between yourself and your under 12('s) This is only available at certain times during the holidays. At all other times you must have 1 adult per child. 1 participant = your group of 1 adult and up to 2 children. Please note- no pushchairs are allowed on any of our group walking experiences. The route is not suitable and we only have a select couple of alpacas who will walk with them. You must either use a carrier or book a private walking experience.

Cancellation policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Once you commit to buy, you are agreeing to purchase an experience. In the event you can no longer attend a confirmed booking, please let us know 7 days prior to the booking date. Last minute cancellations will incur an admin charge at the time of re-booking. Attempts to book outside of the 12 month validity for any walking voucher, will also incur in a £15 booking fee. Please ensure you are on time to your booking, we have other participants on our group walks and other walks scheduled throughout the day which we can not delay. If you are any later than 5 minutes we may have to reschedule which will also incur a £15 re-booking fee. In the event the weather conditions on the day are deemed, by us, as extreme, dangerous or not acceptable to take part in the trek, we have the right to cancel and re-arrange bookings. Whilst taking part in the trek, if any participants behaviour towards the animals or the staff are deemed unacceptable, you will be asked to leave site. No Smoking is permitted whilst in the vicinity of or whilst handling any animals. Please ensure that prior to your trek you check the local weather and dress accordingly. We always recommend wellies or walking boots due to the terrain. Correct footwear is essential. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the walk, if any member of your group is deemed as having inappropriate footwear eg high heels, open toed sandals etc... Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to walk an alpaca without an accompanying adult, per child. We will not accept one adult accompanying multiple children. Unfortunately due too the terrain the walking route is not suitable for push chairs or wheelchairs and we can not allow them on the walk. Posey Pacas accepts no liability for any; injuries, loss or damage to my personal property that may occur whilst staying or participating in these activities or experiences. You are liable to any damage or loss (deliberate or negligence) to the tent or furniture/ equipment, caused by you or a member of your booking party. We will charge towards or full compensation for anything broken, stolen or damaged during your stay.
